  Very small rooms even for a superior deluxe but the views from the top floor are fantastic, the area isn't great though but near to the shops and train station.

  One of the worst hotel experiences in 35 years of worldwide travel. Stay away. Seriously, probably the worst hotel experience ever.

  - Convenient location yet hard to find the entrance - Smokey smell on a non-smoking level - please advise the visitors they CANNOT smoke either inside or outside the room. It’s unbearable. - Will not recommend

  I wish there was a no star option.this place is a like a joke.they have kind of toy fridge just to get another star for their rating... Small room unfriendly staff

  We are American tourists and Diamond members. Staff was friendly but very limited English. Concierge was useless for assistance. As a former English Outpost we were surprised at how few people had English skills. Still everyone friendly, tried their best and we enjoyed our visit. Rooms were clean but small. Bed was not comfortable.
