::貨品選擇比較少，收銀員對熟客熱情，但對生客無禮。 理貨員粗魯無禮黑臉。其中一個夜更男理貨(身型中等微胖、髮線後移、大額頭)色迷迷看女顧客，甚至講鹹濕嘢性騷擾女顧客，由女學生至40歲師奶都唔放過。多次致電百佳客戶服務，亦沒有改善，漸漸已經不想光顧此店，情願步行2分鐘去美孚另一間惠康超市。 水果不新鮮，菜蔬多亁乾的，肉櫃和蛋奶櫃溫度欠佳，常買到壞掉貨品。急凍食品選擇超少。

::one of the staff was so rude. that young guy didn't give way to the customers with trolleys. he threw the unpacked boxes in front of the crowded to scare them to find another way to the other side!!! crazy!!!
