  Best bakery ever tasted in Hong Kong. Their apple pie is my favorite. The staff serves kindly and helps warming the breads right before tasting.

  Have been paying patronage to this artesian bakery since its soft launch! Its whole-grain croissants (rather creative) are MUST-TRY! The texture is remarkably flakey without tasting overly-buttery and greasy, letting you fully enjoy the aroma of grain and the texture of croissant. It also has a whole host of French-style bread of which is fused with the baker's genius twist and originality! Although the products may be somewhat more pricier than those of the usual chain-stores, treating yourself with this kind of quality food every now and then is definitely worthwhile!
