  Very friendly and helpful owner. I've got my 45cm X 45cm painting framed for $300 (probably by him in the shop). It took 2 days though he can do it in one day if I need it sooner. It's definitely on the cheap side (compare to $700+ in Central). He also sells embroidered framed pictures at various prices.
