::Not very helpful staff. Even the bakery was practically empty at the point I enquired about gold-coloured birthday candles, they just said they are out of stock but didn't try to offer any help such as calling nearby shops or suggest alternatives. At last I did solve the problem myself by calling their Admiralty shop.
