  One of the better large shopping malls in the east Kowloon side of Hong Kong. It has everything you would expect and need: restaurants, boutiques, a cinema, even a bookshop (primarily Chinese books, but still).

  Good location. Shops are pretty ordinary and boring though (chain stores with connection to SHK properties).

  Good shopping mall. Suggest bring some water and snacks. The mall is very big, when compare with normal HK malls

  Nice movie theatres. Mall has a funny layout -- the upper floors are narrow (to preserve open air-area in the middle), But this makes the mall and restaurants feel a bit cramped. Needs renovation.
