::The reason why I am giving 2 stars on this review is because the dryer is actually good. I had been using it for about 18 months and it was alright. However the dryer started to have some burning smell and I was worried. Tried to call the maintenance service million times and no one answers in the first place. Then I left many voice messages to their recording. No one calls back!!!! It is really awful and totally unacceptable. The worst part of the whole experience is that I asked a couple of different retailer counters for help and they all were so aloof and were so not willing to help at all. They literally told me to call and leave a message or go online to write a request. Can't believe how bad it is. Therefore my Advice is not to buy Amika product unless you don't care their after service.
