  Looks like your bad Service is starting to earn a HK reputation. My daughter and I certainly voted with our feet two years ago.. I'm so pleased other people are also starting to walk away. We have enough choice in HK and on-line now not to have to put up with surly service, exorbitant prices and nearly out-of-date stock. Reckon youl'l last another year at the most!

  friendly staff, wide variety of products, and really gave off an american sort of vibe. will definitely go back to buy more daily necessities.

  Today I accidentally violated the photo taking policy as I was trying to see if my bf wanted something. I apologized but I got followed throughout the store, the manager was especially rude n said why do I walk around n what’s app while I do so. Can someone tell me which store in hk restrict people from walking around within a super market n having WhatsApp on their hand? I’m planning to take this further to all existing expat and local website, as something suspicious must be going on with their price! Unless I get an official apology from the company of course.
