  To travelers who need to do the laundry and find this place The shop open 24 hours,but the machine swallowed my money at 10pm, and it's hard to find staffs to help you at that time.You have to wait until the next day morning to contact them. Besides,they only return your money back to a HK account. So if you are a foreign traveler without a HK bank account ,I am sorry that you can't get your money back.

  Dryers useless when working or simply none functioning at all. Washing machines eat about 75% of your coins (if the change machine is even working). Avoid at all cost if possible.

  Surprised to find that there are still shops open on the way to the place, even at 1-3am. My security never felt threatened. We walked to the nearby 24hrs macs for some snacks while waiting. Word of advice: insert more coins for the dryer, 35 mins was not enough for us and we had to restart the dryer for another 30 mins.

  FIRST OF ALL THIS PLACE IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF CHUNGKING MANSION. CHUNGKING MANSION IS A WORLD WITHIN TST. INDIAN, PAKISTANIS, MALAYS A PLETHORA OF NATIONALITIES IN ON MULTI STORY BUILDING. THE BEST PLACE FOR MONEY EXCHANGE IS HERE. NOW ABOUT THIS LITTLE HOLE IN THE WALL. TODAY I WILL SAY IT WAS HAVING A BAD DAY. ALL DRYERS WORKED AND JUST ONE (1) MACHINE FOR WASHING CLOTHES. I WAS LUCKY I MADE IT THERE EARLY. ALL THE OTHER MACHINES WERE JUST OUT OF OREDR AND APPEARED SO FOR A WHILE. IT WILL COST YOU 40HKD TO WASH FOR 30 MINS, SOAP IS INCLUDED. TO DRY IT IS 40HKD FOR 30 MINS. BEFORE YOUR TIME IS UP YOU CAN ADD 5HKD FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES.. IF YOU ARE COMMING TO CHUNGKING MANSION, YES THERES ALOT OF SHADY CHARACTERS, BUT THE GENERAL RULE IS COME IN DO YOUR BUSINESS AND KEEP WALKING. STEP ON NO ONES TOES AND YOU DONT NEED A ARMED GUARD. HOPE THIS REVIEW WORKS. THE 1 STAR IS FOR LACK OF SERVICE.

  The laundry facility itself is alright but I felt like I needed an armed guard to escort me. Careful you are entering the bowels of Hong Kong when you descend into the darkness where this laundry place exists. I was eyed down, hustled, harassed, and stared at as I made my way through the maze of Indian food stalls. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
