::Great, friendly, very professional service. I didn't feel rushed at all, very relaxing experience. Although the manicure cost more than back home in the US, but they were really meticulous and gentle. The nail tech offered tips on taking care of my dry hands in the winter. I would recommend anyone who is tired of shopping in Cause Way to visit them.

::I had my first mani and pedi at 10 perfect nails many years ago in Central, and stuck to them ever since. But as my office moved to Causeway Bay recently, I entered into a major dilemma. I knew for sure I would not be going to Central as often, but I am the kind of person who is not the most comfortable with changing places. I actually had to summon my courage to step into the Causeway Bay shop and to re-introduce myself as their long term patron. It turned out that my worries were unnecessary and silly, as I was warmly welcomed by the staff at the CWB shop although they were all new faces to me and surely I was a new face to them. The coziness of the shop also helped a great deal. I still need some time to remember their names though lol, so bear with me :)

::Love not only the chic décor but also the professionalism of 10 Perfect Nails!!! My girlfriends always tell me to check it out and voilà, I did! It is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling Causeway Bay with only 2 mins walking distance from MTR station exit F1. It is a blessing to avoid walking on the street in such a hot mid-day or in a rainy typhoon day. When I arrived, I felt like I was in an oasis of nice and comforting colour of grey and earth tones with a large floor to ceiling window overlooking the Shibuya look-alike intersection in front of Sogo! Though the place is not very big, it is just the size I like it. Comfy yet cozy. As I went up ad-hoc without making previous appointment, the staff with sweet smile showed me the price list and the kind of services they provide. Price is very reasonable. So I made an appointment for a later date. On the day I went up to experience my first gel manicure and pedicure there, the efficiency, professionalism and smooth logistic mesmerized me. I almost felt asleep embracing in the very comfortable thick cushioned armchair. My friend didn't lie to me. It's definitely one of the best nail shop in town.
