  Excellent customer service and efficiently laid out store. Very clean and tidy. All animals here looked well looked after and happy. Huge variety of high quality products. I purchased a basking lamp for my turtles from this store and I love it. Highly recommended to anyone in need of any reptile or aquarium supplies. 5/5

  Definitely a 5 relative to all other shops in Hong Kong. The store is newly laid out and well maintained. Great selection of animals and some very helpful personable staff. We have had no problems holding animals when we go and recently bought a Uromastyx and all vivarium set up items. One thing to look out for as with all reptile stores in Hong Kong is mites (haven't found any at Fishman yet), burns, and scale fungus, but they seem to do a pretty good job with all that these days. If you're into herps this is probably your best bet in HK.
