  Horrible service .. staff doesn't seem to be interested in serving any coustomers .. one was sleeping. Rolex should not have this sort of ADs to disgrace the brand..

  Worst experience ever. Walked in in September of 2017 looking to buy a Rolex. Even though the watch that I was looking for is rear would not hurt to ask. To my surprise they had the watch in stock and they showed it to me. But they refused to sell it to me claiming it was an order. If it was an order why did they showed it to me??? After begging (can you imagine I have to beg to spend money), they agreed to take a deposit for a watch that will be delivered in the future. We agreed and paid a deposit and we parted our ways (at that time I thought what a great company, they are trying to resolve the issue and get a new customer). But to my surprise they called me the following day and said they cannot take the deposit and I have to go back to the store and take my money back. It was very strange…. Next day, I saw that same watch at another store (not authorized Rolex seller) for $6,000.00 (US $) more than retail price. It became very clear why they refused to sell me the watch. Avoid them at all costs.
