I spent four nights in an executive plus room, it's very modern and upclass, every thing you would expect from a four star restaurant. The hotel is placed in a great central location less than 400 meters to the nearest MTR station, the street has alot of bars and restaurants in the area literally downstairs. Yet The hotel is quite and peaceful inside so you don't hear any of the out side noise. Modern bathrooms and decent space in the rooms.

Hotel is really old and the sound proofing is really poor. Noisy at night especially if you are staying in the rooms facing Lockhart Road where the pubs & clubs are located The toilet also needs some improving. The bath tub is really small & you need to shower standing in the tub. There is no anti slip mats, which may be hazardous for those less mobile especially the elderly

Really nice location and Decent service at comparable prices. Convenient to stay during the shows. Very close to Want Chai station.

Part of this hotel has been renovated recently and the rest was only partially renovated. I stayed in this hotel with a large group. Two of the people in my group saw cockroaches in their hotel rooms. The bathrooms were absolutely horrible with mold in the showers and an all in one body soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser on the shower wall. The hotel would not provide separate shampoo, conditioner and body soap, even once asked. Additionally, the hotel smelled like smoke even on non-smoking floors. The location of this hotel is poor as well, with prostitutes on street corners during the evenings. This was quite possible the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel needs to address their bug problem and needs to complete the renovation and redo all bathrooms throughout!
