  Pretty decent place to repair your Sony Xperia phone if broken, the queue ain't very long, but the seats are not that comfy, facilities are a bit minimal

  Worst repair center I ever met. The bio robots keep telling they are repairing it, yet this will be the forth time me returning, as it broke just under 24 hours after the last "repair". Incompetent, rude staff, refusing to replace the phone completely. This reflects pretty bad on Sony, as they are a subcontractor, and probably skimming money from Sony for every repair.

  If you got fed up with how hard it is to make a reservation to repair your iPhone, like I did, switch to Sony Xperia series. At least you don't have to go online to make a reservation first, and realize that there is no available slot for reservation at all.
