Classes get cancelled, personal trainers never available. Really small floor area. You need the patience of Mother Teresa to deal with them.

(Kennedy Town location) DO NOT RECOMMEND. The fitness section is extremely subpar and cramped. There is a decent free weights section, but very few plates in the squat rack and only three cardio machines (one treadmill and two ellipticals...Couldn't spring for a little variety here?) They were advertising in September that the gym would be open the last week of October "at the latest," but did not officially open until late December. You do receive one free personal training session, however be prepared for pressure from both the trainer and the membership advisor to commit to 6 months of personal training with payment upfront front. The air suddenly gets very chilly if you ask to take a few days to think about it, the threat of "you may only be able to get this deal if you sign RIGHT NOW." If you don't want to throw down an extra $3500 a month for training, suddenly the membership advisors aren't so friendly anymore. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. As another reviewer said, over promised, under delivered. Go to U-Time on New Praya...much larger facility, friendly staff, 24 hr access to all 3 locations for $600 month.

The level of service at this Fitness center is below 1 star. I have been over promised and massively under delivered on there services. I joined as a member in November and they promised it would be open the first week in November. Eventually it did not open till December. When i went for my first class i had a massive sales pitch- After buying the membership to buy individual classes. Which i did not accept. When i join they told me there would be 4 students to 1 coach for the classes. I have attended a class with 8 students to 1 coach... Which is impossible to train effectively. Complete waist of time. My next class i attended. The coach didn't even show up.. With these issue i sent in my request to get a refund which took 10 days plus to get a response - Which was a sorry email but they do not accept responsibility for these issue. They proceeded to say a class could have 10 people in it. AGAIN - this is obviously not something i would sign up for or be a part of... I have asked to speak to management and for management to call me so we can resolve - However they keep sending emails from a Info@vo2 address. I am looking for management to be responsible and contact me directly but still for weeks they avoid my emails now. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE JOKERS. My next step is proceeding with the consumer council and also talking to some media. I am sure they will find this interesting.

Damn... Please note here, if you are not going to stay in Hong Kong and thinking just go only for one day, PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. They will try their best to scam your money for a yearly fee around HKD15k even if you are a visitor to Hong Kong or a coupon holder for a "Free 1 day unlimited access + 1 Personal Training session". Unless you are interested to join them and gonna stay in Hong Kong for awhile. Same to other's review, friendly staff but bad business model. I do inquiry it is FREE before coming to the GYM and i thought that Hong Kong is not that bad as i expect, but it ended up giving me disappointment. I am lucky to get rid of them as there is no cash and international transaction with me. Everyone said that all of the Hong Kong gym's business models are exactly the same, for a foreigner like me, i definitely think this is wrong. It is a FRAUD to me. When it says it is FREE, it has to be FREE, not free for first day and have to pay for the whole year at the first day ! If it's not free, i don't mind paying for a DAY PASS. But a year is apparently beyond overly. Hope this help you guys ! Wise advice: Please do as much as research in Hong Kong before you do anything. It is the best to ask your friends in Hong Kong if you have one, don't be like me. Good lucks.
