::Pathetic customer service I went there to buy a Men's UA Webbing Belt 2.0, which I found in the online store. The belt was not displayed in the store, so I asked one of the staff, who made a long face and told me rather rudely that if it wasn't displayed, it meant it wasn't there in stock. I asked if he could check whether any other of the stores had it, to which he directed me to another staff, who said he could not. At this point, another of their colleagues, intervened and explained to me that as this was a franchisee, they had no connection with other stores. I really appreciate the politeness of the last staff, but, in general I found the staff to be reluctant and demotivated! Don't waste time shopping here, just go online. I would rather get the wrong size when shopping online, than see these sour faces!
