  A very mediocre service with out of fashion food from the yesteryears. my curry ox cheek lacked any finesse, it tastes of chilli coconut and msg. I complained since it was luke warm, and it took them 15 minutes (after we have finished out mains) for them to re-serve us with another luke warm dish. There was no apology from the robotic staff, who actually started asking us what we wanted to eat before we even sat down. Why Michelin wanted to associate themselves with such a poor and overpriced restaurant, I have no idea. Pretentious restaurant operated by a fast food chain.

  Excellent dim sum. Busy during lunch times. New renovations give it a dark feel though.

  If you want to have a nice business lunch of Chinese food at Central, here is a good option. The venue inside the iconic Exchange Square is convenient to find, and you only have to take the open stairs to walk one floor up from the podium level. The food, service and ambience are all very good and many customers here during lunch time seem rather quiet in their conversations if you are engaged in your own!
