  My hair was cut and coloured. I will need to have it completely redone. It looks as if it was a box job done at home. The cut was ok. After emailing them, Elephant responded and did fix the colour free of charge.

  Terrible customer service. They were never once on time, and the attitude of the staff was generally poor. The last time I turned up for my scheduled appointment and was told to wait an hour. Never again.

  I have never had a better haircut than at the Elephant. I have been to Bumble and Bumble in Manhattan and other places (many cheap ones) but you get true value for money and attention to detail here. I , in particular, recommend Wing Tsai. She is an absolute perfectionist, has the best equipment, and is truly passionate about her job. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I have only ever been to her at the salon and I shall only go to her going forwards (have had 6+ haircuts with her). It's great to meet someone so passionate about their job and also someone that is such a perfectionist and really listens to what you want but applies artistic and subjective views to an end result that is over and above what one should expect.

  髮型師傅有問題不聽客人需要把頭髮剪短，收錢員服務態度差，洗頭職員有耐心，到最後要一位女髮型師幫忙吹頭髮才走得。簡單講過份和可怕。

  Coiffeur hype de hk. Cher mais pour le coup un service irréprochable mais long très long.
