If, on the other hand, you find yourself trolling the hill after 10pm you might find that the experience is closer to navigating Mong Kok around lunchtime in mid July. Sufficient to say, there are better options but you'll have to first evade the charm and cunning of the hired ground traffic control / security squad all but picking you up and placing you inside.
