  Nice service apartment near to Kwai Chung industrial area, but a bit far from city.

  A service apartment that is a distance away from MTR station. in the evenings, shop closes by 9pm or earlier. only a few noodles shop still serving. McDonald is neearby.

  I stay there for one year and I love the environment. My unit is on the top floor with a mountain view. There is free shuttle to mtr. There is a bus stop in the front of the building. 31M going to kwai fong and 43A coming from kwai hing. I would recommend new comer checks the AC for mildew oder and have the management cleans it and drain it properly otherwise you will have dripping AC. Overall, the place is very modern, but the rent is high. They raise the rent by 3K to 18K per month. The electricity is high too, it average about 1k per month. 1500 during summer month while i was at home most of the time and have the AC on most of the time.
