  Unlike other beef briskets you have in Hong Kong which usually loaded with lots of spices and dark sauce; their briskets here are slow cooked in clear broth and it has very simple yet beefy taste to it. The meat is very tender yet still holds its shape and the soup is very subtle and palatable you could literally drink the entire bowl of soup without feeling too salty nor fatty.

  Their beef brisket is overrated.   The restaurant is clean, and service just average, but its not expensive.  Expecting they will have excellent taste on their signature beef brisket, but they actually just same as those street shop, that's really disappointed

  Beef brisket is above average. But a little pricey for the quality. Probably why this place is never full even at busy lunch hours.

  Average noodle soup, could be more generous with garnishes/veggies. Not interesting for a visitor of HK, might be good if you live nearby and want something humble.
