  1. 4 stars for their regular laundry - they get it done within a day. i.e. if you drop off items to be washed&dried (priced by weight) at 8-9AM, then it'll be done by 4-6 PM. 2. 0-1 stars for their dry cleaning - they take a WEEK or MORE. In fact, I'm still waiting on a dress shirt that I dropped off 10 days ago, and am worried that they lost it (I check in every day, but their electronic 'tracking' of the shirt still can't determine where it is, so they just assume it's at the factory and keep telling me to check in the next day, and the next...). Furthermore, the quality of the dry clean isn't that great - some stains weren't completely removed, and they hang them on wire hangers without caring about whether the clothes (we've done suits and dress shirts) are hung straight or not.
