  Gary has been my trainer for over 5 years. The workout is a perfect mix of kick boxing and circuit training that pushes you to get fit. Best gym in Hong Kong.

  Friendly staff! Class size is small which is quite nice! Also prices are reasonable.

  Some of the best trainers in Central at incredible prices. Private classes and lessons only - but this keeps it exclusive. Amazing workout and a secret that's too well-kept. Highly recommended.
