  Giving a four star simply because of the food, service is fair, no nonsmoking room, so it smells really bad, tho it's a big room for two, but can't be impressed much. Songs are OK, but the hardware is not very well designed for my room, had multiple times need to stop singing for a few lines because of strong feedback from the mic. OK so how it get a four star? Their food ordering mechanism, so apparently they don't have their own kitchen anymore, the food you can order actually comes from the restaurants near by or in the same tower, so imagine it's a place with Uber Eat and Karaoke put together. So overall isn't bad. Adjust your expectation if food isn't at your top priority.

  It was a Saturday night booking which we had. Service was slow and front desk wasn't exactly friendly. Food we had ordered took ages to reach. One beef brisket noodle we ordered didn't come until 2 hours later after 3 attempts from us at checking and 2 egg noodle orders also came 2.5 hours later. Honey lemon water took half hour. I don't know where they went to harvest the honey. Bill from another room was also sent to our room when our charge was for the entire night. Song list is lacking obviously as mentioned in other reviews. Overall an enjoyable night out with friends spoilt by poor service at exorbitant charges. Utter poor service.

  Venue was incredible, huge size and low cover charge with good amenities. So list was slightly disappointing, lacking in some more recent western tracks which was a shame. Apart from that it was an awesome night, staff were accommodating and they put up with our ridiculous behavior.

  Wide range of music. Food is esp. good compared with other karaoke places, as it partnered with a restaurant nearby, which you can order the restaurant's food and have a tasty meal and enjoy the karaoke time.
