  Benefits: 1) Tightly integrated with MTR - benefit from Shatin-Central link upgrade 2) Strong traffic connectivity with buses and minibuses to many places such as CWB, TST, Central, including the airport. The stops are right downstairs. 3) Superb view with relatively easy access to shopping malls (new town plaza) and the upcoming Tai Wai mall, 魚米家 and 7-11 is right downstairs 4) Daily needs can be satisfied by the local shops / wet markets at Chun Shek Estate across the street - Welcome supermarket, Mac Donald's, CdC Fast food, dry clean shop, wet markets, 日本城, etc. 5) Biking trail right downstairs with ease of access to public bike sharing; upcoming public gym being built across the street 6) Reasonably well run club house and management with kids-friendly amenities Potential consideration: 1) car park not enough - common issue with new flats 2) no BBQ facilities 3) usable floor space is typical for new flats (76-77% in general) 4) No indoor swimming pool (only outdoor)

  交通方便 貼實車公廟站 1座大單位窗向城門河大尾篤 感覺瀉向吐露港 北風勁吹 不及第五座向大圍站果便好 冬暖夏谅

  Good location for transport, but it is nosy next to the MTR and no decent shops near-by. Have to travel a bit to get a decent coffee place. Because it is next to a river, it could smell a bit on the lower floors. The flats are built for the locals, so they are normally smaller than the ones at Discovery Bay. Otherwise it is fine.

  This is private residential JV between MTR and New World developer, modern main entrance is on ground level next to MTR, it has no podium, if you have a friend who lives there you could visit the clubhouse, gym and sports facilities. It is designed like a hotel from entrance to units, with very high ceiling heights, and the views over the river are the best from the front towards the bay.

  私人住宅，交通方便，屋苑旁邊是港鐵車公廟站，又有巴士出九龍或沙田市中心，屋茶保安很嚴，唯會所設施有代改善，紙巾風筒等設施都沒有
