  The worst service ever!!! I went there 3 weeks ago, I bought many heavy things and they offered me a free delivery. I am still waiting for the food. I have called many times and they are very unorganised plus their english is very poor. My last time buying anything there.

  Very honest person who's kind and helpful. One who puts in a lot of effort and not one of those who just sells you goods and say goodbye. Also has really good delivery service. I would recommend J Pets to all those out there with pets!
