::Pretty is usually reliable for a decent coffee....today terrible. Taken my coffee back twice, still rubbish, how difficult is it to make an Americano? Well pret the problem is you have a trainee on the coffee machine and Boone is supervising. A total waste of money and time for me....on to find someone more reliable.

::They say they open at 8:30am on Sunday but really that is just when the staff arrive and open the doors, no food is available at that time. Really they open at 9am. The staff should arrive earlier so that the shelves are stocked when they open. The food is good but they always change the menu and take away what seem to be the best sellers. They advertise as a vegetarian friendly place but the veggie menu is going downhill with all the popular foods being discontinued.
