  This shop and their staff are amazing. Excellent knowledge and excellent service. And as a bonus you may be able to sign up for gem appreciation and knowledge classes. They are authorised by the HK Tourism Authority and the teacher is a licensed and certified gemologist. They offer pearl, or jade or diamond appreciation classes on a set schedule in Mandarin or English, each is about one and a half to two hours in duration and held in a conference room in the above Holiday Inn, and you get to see and hear and handle the real thing and you learn how to distinguish it from fakes. Truly fascinating and so worthwhile if you intend buying any jewellery in HK. After the course you will of course be invited to visit the Premier Jewellery shop in the arcade leading into the Holiday Inn Hotel, and you’ll get substantial discounts whilst the staff encourage you to pore over the merchandise and try out what you have just learned. They also sell loupes - definitely buy one as I guarantee everyone will want to try it out when you get home. Such an interesting experience. I have had them fix a couple of broken pieces of gold jewellery that I carried round hopefully for years and it was wonderful workmanship, also I have purchase a couple of pre made jade and gold bracelets from them, and twice some wonderful matched pearls that I then had made up into earrings. Honest and helpful and interesting. Highly recommended.

  Super friendly and welcoming service. Large variety of high quality engagement rings and stones. Staff were engaging and interested to talk to us, but at the same time not hard selling. Highly recommended.
