  I've tried kwung tong: 3 stars, mongkok: 3 stars. wan chai is definitely better maybe it's closer to Central, Wan Chai gym is more up market than the other of its chains customer service seems better at reception, smaller than Mongkok but nicer and the weights and dumbbells aren't scattered everywhere shower toilets and changing area definitely better. 1240pm it's quieter than the other two gyms I'm guessing will be busier in the evening like the others. Way cheaper then most other gyms only downside it's on few floors so you might have to go up and down a bit.

  Very convenient location, just 1 min walk from Wanchai MTR exit. Relaxing reading area, and overall the facility is well maintained and clean.

  Good gym, nice classes, reasonable price. yet it's quite messy especially at the free weight area

  A well know local gym, with lots of branches around the city, fair price, sometimes full of people, be awared of the local sales inside, they alway try to encourage you to pay for unnecessary service. Simply enrol the yearly pass, thats is all you need.
