  Im just into weights not fussed about frills. Positive: big gym, plenty of weights and machine and cheaper than most others and they're everywhere. Would of given this branch 4 stars if the receptionist weren't...again moody if the weights and dumbbells weren't scattered everywhere and if the toilets were cleaned better. Positive note they are every where.

  So far I've been to two branches this is for the MomgKok branch. First it's cheap they are every where good size im only into weights so good selection. I was there around 1-2pm wasn't very busy. Toilets could be better and yes to go to the next floor you do need to go through the fire escape staff at reception aren't very happy or smiley customer orientated but I think it's a HK thing. Good prices, good weights, good size and i think a private lift to the gym. Kwun tong- little smaller, cleaner toilets, nice view and staff yes looked miserable. 3 stars- no private elevator, smaller gym and the lack of customer service.

  Extremely stuffy, and hard to breathe in. I got really dizzy halfway through my workout and had to leave. It felt very unsatisfying. Also, it was pretty confusing when looking for equipments because there were so many floors. Then again, one might get used to it after going there long enough. My major gripe was the stuffiness. Wouldn't recommend to go to the Mongkok outlet unless you absolutely have no choice to. I'd recommend Wan Chai or Causeway Bay instead.

  Very old and crowded. Sweaty smell in the hall. Needs better lighting, better air conditioning control and other improvements.

  Its a bit unorganized gym. The weight training machines are randomly placed, you need to walk around a lot to find the machines depending on the muscles group you're working on. The ceiling is really low. The overall gym area is small even though it occupies 2 floors. But the locker room is nice , however I would recommend them to clean steam sauna more often. But don't forget that you're there only to workout so none of these things matter except your goal. Have good time working-out.
