::Perfect Pointe Physiotherapy has been my go-to place to retune my body after my ballet class and whenever I have had any injury. Jenny practices with the greatest care for her patients and she never skims on the time given to each patient. I truly appreciate her treatments, especially her manual therapy and acupuncture, throughout many many years. The Pilates training given by Gordon is also very helpful in strengthening my core strength and correcting poor habits, so that I am able to practice ballet by activating the right muscle movements and to prevent future injuries. I especially appreciate the exercises done on their Pilates reformer--something I can't do on my own. I highly recommend Perfect Pointe to anyone who cares about their musculo-skeletal health, and to dancers--both professionals and amateurs--who want to have a long and sustainable career or hobby.
