  Bad experience. they charge you $50 if you're late for 15 minutes. They don't take any excuses or explanations, and refused to lead you to treatment room if you refuse to pay. ridiculous. I paid over $10k on the package, and received such kind of customer service. Plus, their laser machine won't help to get rid of your hair, it will only grow slower after 5+ times. If you are looking for a laser treatment that stops your hair from growing, this is definitely not the one I can assure you. Look for a salon that provides real laser - 755mn.

  I just experienced a trial treatment at this beauty center in Tsim Sha Tsui few days ago. Stunned by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere, I found myself relaxed and recharged. Only 1 thing is, while I was inside the treatment room waiting, I heard the staff chit-chatting with laughter, just nearby, which is kind of noisy. The rest is fine, the treatment itself, the equipment, staff service, overall is impressive.

  Terrible. Impissible to book after you pay. When you call, you will be on hold forever.
