  Poor service, only 1 staff at counters Trying to push u to self serve counters

  Open 24 hours. Busy in the middle of nights. Young people like this place, with some old people as well at night. Newly renovated after I left HK for one year. Automatic ordering machines installed. First time I see in HK, but very popular in Canada.

  Renovated with wider corridor and fresher envirnoment. A bit lack of staff to handle cleaning.

  Long queue during lunch… better to hv more self service order machine (currently 4), or can I order via mobile app?

  Terrible experience with a member of staff throwing customer food around the place before I caught him eating a burger whilst still preparing customer food. This meant using the same pair of gloves and whilst he still had food in his mouth, he was happy to build customers' burgers. I raised this with the supervisors in store who just weren't interested whatsoever at their own staff's conduct which tells me something about the kind of standards that are being set at this particular branch. A disgrace to even bear a global name but considering management staff are not interested, then blame cannot be put forward on individual staff since they do not know any better since they will think it's okay to display such horrific levels of hygiene.
