  First time using a shipping company for relocation from HK to Canada. I am really impressed for their professionalism. Sales provided quick responses, packers did a great job, shipment arrived on schedule. Many friends told me the pricing is relatively cheap too, that's a bonus.

  Moved several times using their services. Latest was from Seoul to Hong Kong. Stored my goods for few weeks and delivery was fast and efficient once I found my new residency. Would move with them again if necessary.

  Packing service was top notched. Everything went smooth. Customer service and packing crew were really helpful. They were able to meet my request and gladly assist me throughout the whole service. Highly recommend this packing company to people who are looking for a reasonable price and high quality service company. Happy customer.

  DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!!!! Even a 1 star review is too much. I don't even know where to begin in explaining how bad the service from Links Moving was with my move from Singapore to Hong Kong. 1. Account Manager Brendan Dickson: As soon as the signature was on the shipping document this guy was nowhere to be found when we had questions, concerns or relevant things that we needed to know. Everything came (too) late, shipping didn't go on the date we agreed to multiple times and our goods arrived too late with broken items. 2. Customer Service Marie Medel: The word 'service' is literally too much for her job title. The only thing she does is answering calls and hiding behind a phone & desk. Solving problems no, helping out no, commit to agreements we made, no. 3. Marine Adjusters Lee Beng Soon: We payed for insurance on our shipment and we had a few broken items. This company works together with Links moving and was therefor arranged by Links Moving. As of today, I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded and after 3 months we still do not have our money. I keep on calling both Links Moving & Marine Adjusters and both companies keep on saying that 'they will arrange it' 4. Manager & CEO of Links Moving: He is nowhere to be found, doesn't solve problems and let everybody in the company do it for him. If he would have had the guts to call me, we probably would have solved the entire issue months ago. Passing a ball game should be your middle name. Unbelievable unprofessional, and I'm quite used to not having service in Asia, but this was seriously my worst experience so far.

  We moved with Links moving from Shanghai to Hongkong, it was a great experience. Both sides were very professional and helpful.their customer service is very responsive and we are glad for it as we had some issues with the customs in China. Their support has been all along the process. We definitely recommend Links Moving and their services. Thank you for your support
