::Like many consulates they are stuck in the previous century. All contact numbers (including the one listed) just go through to mailboxes. Best way to contact them is via Facebook messenger. Opening hours are very short with specific time windows. If you are lucky enough to receive an email back to someone are likely to provide information that is difficult to understand and direct you to attend the consulate in person to waste your time further. Don't expect to get anything done quickly here. It could take you weeks.
