::I’ve never left a salon so disappointed in my life. I’ve created this email account just so I can write anonymously. I wanted to have my roots done with some highlights. Alfio suggested balayage. He seemed professional so I trusted him. After an hour later my hair had turned orange. I was extremely upset and kept showing him a picture of the blond color I wanted and asked him to remove the orange from my hair. So he tried again with some products and failed miserably. I was so scared that my hair would fall out from all the chemicals that were used again because of his mistake that I just left. After paying 3000 hkd, I would’ve done a much better job at home. I’ve been covering my hair ever since and waiting for a month or 2 to pass so I can fix it without ruin it at another hair dresser. Do not go there for colouring at all. I really wish I read the reviews before going. The styling by him afterwards and the care during the shampoo was excellent but the colouring was a disaster. I hope the guys there get a training again for colouring as they don’t know what they are doing.

::Me and my friend are always having the best service in this salon ! i cant praise them enough - Alfio and his colleagues are always very courteous and most important very professional and experienced. They did wonderful color to my hair which was previously messed up by another hair stylist. Hair cutting and beautiful blow dries are also on a very top level here - both myself and my friend are only letting Alfio cut our hair in Hong Kong as we know that he is always going to do it in the best possible fashion. We both have difficult to manage hair but he has so much expertise that you can fully entrust your hair are in the best hands. I haven't used other team members service for cutting hair - but whenever I am in the salon ( and I am quite often) I always see happy clients ( women and men). My hair has lots of movement , beautiful texture and amazing color - THANKS TO THIS TEAM - thank you guys !

::Late post but I was suggested the top colourist last year and he didn’t know how to color Asian hair! My hair is very black and was bright orange and brassy after the first highlights. Then when I came back, they tried toning it again but that washed off in a few weeks. Had to get it fixed by another salon. Disappointing after spending almost 3000 on colouring service.

::Awful experience. The stylist spent no time at the start trying to understand what I wanted, and was too busy trying to sell me a package of services that I didn't want (manicure, make-up) and then did what he wanted to my hair, leaving me looking much the same as when I went in. All I wanted was some highlights but he insisted on balyage which doesn't have the same effect. I did say it wasn't right and after a second attempt and still no luck he became rude so I left - but not before he over charged me. I will now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Not worth $3000.

::Can't recommend enough. I booked a session for my wife's haircut and as she always wanted a specific kind of haircut, i showed them in the pics of what was needed.The staff was very welcoming and discussed with the stylist (Jimmy) directly who has recently joined their team. He did a great job with my wife's cut & she was very happy with the end result; which was beautifly done - 5 stars.
