  Nice location in the center of Hong Kong Island. Staff is really kind and attentive.

  Location close with center . Room small . Have place to smoke at floor 2, outside . Breakfast poor but nice to have coffee for free 24 hours .

  Had some high expectations for this hotel with the photos but found the hotel itself to be a bit of a let down. The room i got, which i think was just the basic studio, was very small. The room itself was ok, clean and functional but it's pretty worn out. It definately needs an update. Hotel service though was very good and staff were friendly. Free breakfast was also better than expected with a range of pastries, toast, fruit and juices. Location was great though in causeway bay with Restuarants, convience stores everywhere. Causeway bay MTR station is only a few minutes walk and bus stops are close by. Also near a lot of shopping centres.

  Extremely friendly staff. Great location. Always made sure room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good table size, wardrobe, and general facilities. Food in the morning is simple and easy. Gym is tiny though, just 3 machines and a gym ball. Aircon smells a tiny bit funny, but not a major problem. Overall very positive experience.
