::Great to have centrally located theatre, concert hall and public library. Important to HK's civic life and sense of community. Well placed for many types of public transport and hence easily accessible to lower income groups from main urban areas. Good design making it clear that this has been built to benefit whole community, not just a wealthy elite. Attractive, under used public garden. Hope government doesn't sell it off to turn into yet another shopping mall.

::For decades, the Hong Kong City Hall looks the same and mundane. I was delighted to see its new look on the first day of Hong Kong's Light Festival, November 23, 2017. I think Hong Kong should use the power of colours to inspire its residents' creativity!
