  This was genuinely a great place for shopping stylish housewares and furniture for your home, and preparing gifts for friends and family. There were furniture of Japanese style, Scandinavian, Garden-feel and etc., for people who fancy minimalism or continental lifestyle. This chain operated shops at other locations too, say Causeway Bay, Central and etc. The bad thing about this shop and the other branches was their services. Terrible service. Since our favourite staffs who were knowledgeable about their products (Mei Long at Taikoo Shing, and Paul at Causeway Bay) left Homeless, we lost our interest in the shops.

  Except Ah Yin who is helpful and considerate, most of the staff of Homeless provide bad service. The product I bought was full of defects. Although the goods selling in Homeless are interesting and unique, the poor quality of service and poor condition of goods made my shopping experience a terrible one. I do not want to visit the shop again.

  在太古城Homeless買了一張HAG Capisco Puls的櫈，裝完後發現油壓壞了，會自動升起，於是打俾Homeless，佢地話要收返HK200運輸費，又或者自己推返去間鋪⋯⋯ 唉，總之黑仔，忠告大家在Homeless買呢隻牌子的櫈要小心
