  Went to ATUM for food they havent got that many choices on the menu but hey if its just 2 or 4 ppl dining, u dont need more than 20 dishes to choose from! their ingredients are mostly simple and easy to source, however the presentation are often very complex and of course beautiful! the colours are very straight forward and give a sense of freshness for instance we ordered the sashimi/seafood platter for 2 that costs around hkd600, that was so nicely presented with different colours and textures served in a long plate, artistically placed. i really like the razor clams n oysters, oh they had this squid biscuit that goes well with the duck liver parfait. i didnt think theres much taste to the supposedly squid flavoured biscuit but i dun really mind. then theres the crab congee that we ordered that i thought looks/tastes more like a risotto but hey its just a name at the end of the day. the size is a bit bigger than i thought. oh well the soup of the day is different every day, i was very grateful that it was cold tomato soup when we visited. it was soo yum! loved it! the service n the decor is awesome! deffo worth a visit! Visited in December 2015
