  I had a hair treatment appointment at 2:00pm. But then I waited until 3:00pm and was told not knowing when to be served. What really made me angry was that a lady walk-in without reservation was served immediately after saying that she had another appointment at 6:00pm. 我在預約好的時間出現並等了一小時後向職員查詢，其中一位髮型師竟說不能確定我要等到甚麼時候，但在我等候期間，卻有一位沒有預約的客人，在表示六時有約後，便馬上獲得提供服務。
