  I like Goji's gym concept and balance lifestyle. They even take care of your diet by delivering food to your office and home at the most economical price per month. Using diet to control weight is so effective than just exercising if your target is losing weight. And if you are serious about the training process, you can check your body DNA to understand your body's limitation or strenghth. Is that great? Unfortunately their locations are not convenient comparing with Pure Fitness.

  Not pricey if you compare with others in Hong Kong. Good facilities and good staff.

  Causeway studio is one of the best gyms I have visited. Locker room facilities are good and the reception staffs are also friendly. Plus u enjoy the good view!

  Formerly California Fitness Causeway Bay, this place was convenient for gym goers. The club was clean, and some staff's English was surprisingly fluent. Gwelio should have no problem there! 😂

  Very clean, awesome instructors who really focus on your fitness and don't try to upsell you. At least the coaches know what they are talking about and not just another sales person who doesn't work out. Can't wait for the healthy foods section to open. Love this holistic feeling at this fitness studio.
