  Ivy is great! She even offers me free soup and heirloom tomatoes!! I'm currently addicted to their almond flour orange cake. I got a whole loaf for chinese new year...and to fresca (if you happen to see this) : please make more sticky pumpkin muffin!! THANKS

  Very pleasant experience. The food is tasty, they have a wide variety of vegetarian salads that are Asian inspired. The staff is friendly. They have space upstairs to sit (feels very homey) and you can see how they are preparing the salads, which I always consider to be a good sign. I value the fact that when you bring your own box you get a discount. Simply feel good meals and the right mindset!

  Tasty organic vegan food. The salad and soup I ate there caused a “party for my taste buds”. You can buy seasonal home grown vegetables as well. Ample of seating space. Nice and friendly staff.

  Regular Salad@Fresca Fresca，中環，荷李活道，近半山扶手電梯。 店面小小，開門，下幾級樓梯，玻璃櫃裡，一盆一盆，全英文標籤。 看上去應該屬"貴夾唔飽"之類，合意。 問有什麼在賣，Salad，或Muffin。 選Salad。 "要飯還是蔬菜？" 飯？不是沙律嗎？我在吃什麼？ 好吧，飯。 選3個topping，一時間不知要什麼好，未細看標籤，亂指。 "這個很辣啊！你先試試吧。" 試一點，嗯，辣是辣，但不嗆，不會噴火。 再選一個紅蘿蔔絲。 選不到第三個。"這個蠻甜的。"可能見有辣，推介另一口味。 這一盒，底部全是紅米飯，對我來說一點不像Salad，比較像飯盒。 圖中，遠到近，Curry Pumpkin，沒什麼香料味，就是甜。 中間，Sichuan Veggie with “Soy Chicken”，四川式，應該再重手一點，可能要遷就洋人口味吧。 最前，Carrot Apple Walnut，帶酸，非常爽脆。 誤打誤撞，甜辣酸齊全。 看圖應該想像得到，這餐好高纖，嚼了又嚼，花了不少時間。 我可以很負責任的說，很夠飽，起初以為"貴夾唔飽"，多點了湯，結果吃得有點超過。(Tomato Carrot Soup，$40，creamy，番茄味好solid) $77，3個topping，中環嘛，合理。

  This is the way food should be. Simple, awesome, plant-based served by lovely staff. Avoid crowds at lunchtime. However they need to rotate the menu selections a little more and come up with better (non-soy) chicken alternatives.
