  If you're deciding between an independent photo printing shop and Fotomax, I highly suggest that you go with the former. Fotomax does not care about their customers AT ALL. Putting aside all of the horrible customer service I've dealt with (in the hopes of going with the a "reputable" or "reliable" shop), my most recent experience has just further shown me how they NO INTEGRITY in terms of operating a business. This morning, I went to pick up some photos I developed at my local Fotomax (Wing Lok Street location), and checked online to see the opening time (9:00 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday). I arrived at 9:30 am Monday, and the shop was closed. I stayed around 15 minutes in the HK humidity and still no shop assistant in sight. I also want to mention that the opening hours were also clearly displayed on the shopfront. Take what you will from my experience, but in my mind, if I can't even trust a shop to be open when it says it will, then what else can you trust about them?
