::the whole store us disorganised and the staff never tells you the check out methods that aren't available for refund, and when I get there 2nd time and return the product they literally screamed at me. The whole process was just disgusting, too ad I can't give 0 stars.

::HK branch of forever 21. 3 floors there. need to walk on stairs. design is strange coz you have to walk on both stairs and escalators when you go up. escalators don't cover all the stairs part..
