  Abysmal delivery service. I ordered from a pizza hut two blocks away from me. Over 90 minutes later and our order still has not arrived. The strangest thing is that they say the order has been picked up, and the driver is seen circling the area for over 30 minutes. The customer service isn't capable of helping at all as they refuse to provide us even basic information such as the contact information for the delivery driver so we can solve the issue ourselves.

  As another person commented, Food Panda will not help you if you have a problem or complaint about your order. In my case it was clearly the restaurant's fault for putting together a joke of a salad at a ridiculous price but, as the middle men, a minimum of customer service is expected. I talked to a Food Panda customer rep to file a complaint as soon as I received my order and was told that the department in charge would get back to me. Since nobody got in touch I sent an email a week later and have yet to hear back...

  Suggest that you order direct from places offering this service in HK if time and convenience is important. If anything goes wrong at all foodpanda will not be interested in taking care of the situation for you. Feel bad for the staff here as well. Clearly they are following a business process they have been taught. So sad to see less and less organizations caring about good service.

  Seems good to me so far. Delivery has been on time and the food is usually very good and warm. No issues noted so far....
