  I went to see dr chung with an appointment, but its so full of people that l waited for over 45 minutes ! I am already agitated....but the recept told me the other case was a surgery and was delayed, and she told me very politely to excuse the dentist for the inconvinence ! And she said "by the time before you finish this tv program, its your turn. You are the next one." That cools me off. She is a good receptionist ! The dentist look after my teeth for over 20 years. He is still my first choice.

  Worst office ever. Waited for almost a half an hour to try and talk to somebody for an emergency visit but they were so rude. All the receptionists do was put up her hand and tell me to sit down. Didn’t even get a chance to see the dentist! The dentist may be OK, I have no idea but his staff are extremely rude and don’t deserve to have anyone’s business. I’m surprised they’re still functioning considering there’s so many other nice places around. I suggest going to Conrad Dental around the corner.
