::Building needs upgrading, inconvenient that washrooms only available on certain floors. Insufficient space for the many users.

::This library may seem small in appearance but it has an extensive collection of both English and Chinese books. Small spaces and cosy. Apart from an adult library there is also a children's library and an adult reference library.

::Building is Not huge but cool place. There is study room at 10th floor. Well air conditioned and quiet, easy to concentrate.

::I think I give two star,yes plenty of books but very narrow spaces plus not organize well I visit for the first time yesterday and I didn't find what I'm looking for ,all books are mixed,please keep observe on the area where arts,crafts,drawing need more organized.thanks
