Rude staff, this is actually my first time to try out brink lane in causeway bay. I always went to the same one, Trim sha tsui, which staffs are always friendly and helpful. But ever since I moved to Hong kong island, I might as well give it a try. And honestly, I don't think I will ever come again. I thought the service suppose to be better in tourist spots. Obviously, I was wrong. Really, such a great disappointment.

I was super excited to try this place for brunch, but sadly it was a bit of a disappointment. We typically go to Classified but were tired of the terrible service- but we ran into the same service issues here. Everyone was nice and the food tasted fresh, but my drink came out about 5 min after my husband received his food and drink, and my breakfast didn't arrive until a full 15 min after my husband received his. I don't understand why food can't come out at the same time. If paying $120 HKD / person for brunch, I expect food to come out at the same time. I noticed other diners experiencing the same issue, including a mother daughter duo, where the child had to wait about 20 min for her meal to come out.

The food is fresh and delicious. We came when it first opened and it wasn't great, but now it is terrific. I will be coming back frequently from now on.

Dinner was quite pricey but the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The quinoa salad and guiness pie were both very good.
