::purchased the bracie and a bra, mainly for the purpose of correcting my posture. I didn't notice dramatic changes in my posture, but they do remind me to keep my shoulders back. The bra keeps the sides smooth and push the breasts up and in, and the effect looks really good! will continue to wear the bra and see the long term results.
